NPC Spawn Issue: Qeynos Guards that Path by Doors Open Them

Is that a draft I feel, or just a prank gone on far too long? Our boys in gold have been starting more trouble than they have been stopping lately! Every evening, the fine men in charge of our protection can be seen opening the doors of homes and businesses and then simply walking away. Even that sweet Novashine boy has taken up these trickster games! Perhaps the most surprising rogue of all is the heretofore noble Corporal Lancot .. for shame! That poor Dranom Ghenson has enough trouble keeping his hussy of a daughter at home without these jokers making it worse! I would expect this kind of ruffian behavior from the Freeport Militia, not the upstanding men of our good Qeynos!!
