Enchanter

The enchanter spells, Shallow Breath and Suffocating Sphere seem to lose about 40% of the DoT damage when the caster is not in range of the mob. As of 10/3 5:30 am.

When NPCs are moving and not feared, DoTs do less damage. Intended, unfortunately :/
