Default Druid DOTs not stacking properly

In classic all druid DoTs should stack. Atm, swarm spells will not stack.

The way it worked is poision vs disease vs magic. You can only have the most powerful effected one present.

It has nothing to do with class. Shaman posion dots dont stack with Necro posion. The darkness line doesnt stack with snare because snare is lower, and the druid dots dont stack with them either because they are magic.
