Merchants: Clinging Darkness not sticking to players

Clinging darkness is being resti 80 percent of the time, this never got resti in classic.Plus the spell effect looks like blinding spell not cling darkness.

P sure the spell effect was a blind particle and .. never resisted? lol. necros had to run like chickens with their heads cut off trying to work in pet taunt and snares if the first one got resisted.

Darkness line always had a decently high resist rate.

clinging darkness had an even higher resist rate than snare, which was usually a waste of mana to cast on someone with even 70 mr

nothing should be resisted 80% of the time when casted on naked players.. darkness is just one of many. resists as a whole need to be adjusted

casting 150 damage nukes on blues shouldn't result in 5 damage partials either
