Default Hybrid exp penalty
If this is going to be more of a custom classic to have things a little more balanced, how about removing the hybrid exp penalty so that hybrids aren't under-leveled?

Hybrids won't be under leveled in any big way. Groups all share exp bonuses and penalties, so you always level at the same rate as everyone you're grouped with at the time.

yea they share xp penalties , enjoy being cock blocked out of groups for your penaltys = basically hahaha

Hybrid penalty = classic. This is the slippery slope that happens when you start customizing shit. People start suggesting other unrelated changes that benefit them.
