Game Mechanics: Mana regen stops

I've noticed this since the first week of the server but I never bothered to post about it since it wasn't that much of a big deal. Anyway to the problem..

Frequently your mana regen just suddenly stops when you sit. For some reason it always seem to happen at the worst times like if you got a mob rooted and need mana fast. What happens exactly is that your mana/hp regen goes up and then straight back down to the original number. Sometimes it will happen over 10 server ticks in a row..

If we're talkin classic.. then yes. But sitting without the book to med is working and it is intended. I would argue against this on a pvp server where caster's should be forced to look at the book(Until 35?) while medding as it gives melee's a chance to get a jump on them. At those pre-resist levels, melee's need every advantage they can get... and its classic. Note: I'll be playing a druid so this change would hurt me.

They do not require you to have your book open. I have experienced it too Lovely. The way i have found to fix it is to stand and let the natural standing regen tick once then after that it works fine. And yes it does always hit at the worst possible time.

This really needs a fix after lvlin today I've noticed it seems to be happening 24/7. Seems to happen at the most random times all the time I have no clue what causes it really. Eating food/drinks and casting a spell doesn't always solve it either. Sometimes it can go on for minutes for me.
