"no but seriously" implies that something beforehand was not serious. Since there is nothing in the body before it, he must be referring to the title of his thread. The title, guildwar me irl, must be, in some way, not serious. The most obvious interpretation of this, combined with the body of his text, is that he was not serious about the irl part.
