Starting a Guild

*feel free to move this post to the appropriate location but I looked and couldnt not find a place/info on how this is done.*

A couple of my RL friends and I recently started playing and would like to start a guild to make chat a bit easier for when were in different groups.

My question is where should I post a request or guild creation and what requirements are there? (minimum member count and stuff)
