I dont think warrior berserker frenzy is working

My question is what does frenzy currently do on our server? I don't see any attack or strength stat buff, and I'm unsure if there is a haste component. I'm not sure its doing anything. What is it supposed to do in classic?

Does this shit actually work? Do small races get it? Is it only at 50? I havent seen one in 8 levels and i spend most of my time in a frenzy, and I havent seen any other warriors get one yet..
