I have tried testing before/after with many items and this does not seem to be working. This is supposed to work very similar to Alliance where faction is literally raised by one level (indifferent >> amiable) to all creatures in relation to the target. Alliance increases only by 100 (and ALWAYS seems to raise faction by 1 jump) .. this bard song increases by minimum 120 and there is never any jump in faction at all. This isn't a bug. This song never worked by 'jumps', and the gaps between the faction levels make it impossible for any instrument modifier in the game to cause the song to raise by more than one faction level unless you're on the very border of apprehensive to indifferent.
