NPC Spawn Issue: Sir Lucan D'lere

I logged Sir Lucan's spawn from 9pm to 4am EST, afterwards I checked him every 10-15th minute and noone I talked to have seen him since the last patch went up.
Is it possible that he's spawn is entirely broken, or did he not become a 12 hour spawn as intended?

7d spawn so early stage into the epic is quite the bottleneck and being MQable just makes it more painful due to KSing etc.

His spawn does not reset with the server reset.

Where are you getting information he should be 12 hours?

He did change to 1 day or 12 hours (can't remember which but is true) when epics went in. Very shortly after if not within the same patch.

That's correct. It eventually got changed to 12 hours, epic patch or close to it. I havent been able to find any specific sources, only incomplete walkthrus which tbh doesnt say much.

This isnt much of a 'source' but hey, atleast its something!

The statement for 12 hours on the wiki link is not sourced. I tried looking on Zam and a few other epic walkthroughs and didn't see any information about spawn times on Lucan.

Someone needs to find a post contemporaneous with epics that discusses 12 hour spawn timer.

If I'm not mistaken Sir Lucan is on a 12hr spawn rate.

I believe indeed that he was reduced from 1 week during the patch that reduced many epic cockblocks, not necessarily on epic release.

having a hard time as mentioned before w/ nailing some solid info on spawn, but in the comments here you have a mention of 7hr and 12hr.

Other comments throughout epic walkthru on allah suggest both those times as well.

Comments before that on allah's on wayback seem damn hard to find, and everlore had no info. No walkthru's for FD or Soulfire mention any week spawn, which I would think if it was a major issue or roadblock it woulda probably made its way into the walkthrough. I also remember helping 2 guildies with the quest in a very short time, but that is so far from any concrete evidence..
