I am considering selling my 2 sets of puppet strings. I am willing to sell them separately but would think they would be more valuable together. They only have 7 charges, but if you have the money to buy them I figure finding a fully charged set to recharge off wouldn't be that hard. While these can be used for quests I think the real value is giving any class the ability to charm mobs at under 100pp per cast for a fully charged set. That may seem like a lot of money over time but for the person that has a mountain of plat that added utility has to be worth something.

I'm not really sure what sort of offers to expect so I'm really open to anything. So feel free to post or pm whatever you think they're worth, the worst I can say is that I have a better offer.
