Default Group-friendly AE for group encouragement?

In Luclin, they made it so that pvp area effects (point blank ae ONLY; not targeted ae) do not effect immediate group members or group members pets.

This encouraged grouping .. a LOT.. for instance, bards have all these utility spells, but forced to solo (or can group and do as much dps as a warrior and as much tank ability as a rogue..).

So many spells deem useless in a group. Hell, even in PvP, If I'm not solo, I can't use any AE anything because it will effect my group member(s)!

Encourage grouping, patch this in, raise our population.

From playing on a pvp server on live, it's something we had to deal with.

Imo deal with it
