UI question

So I went and found my old UI that I had used back when i played EQ and have had some issues getting it to work. Has support for custom ui's not been implemented on here? I know it wasn't added till the what, luclin or PoP days? If it is available, could I get some info on how to get them set up cause how I remember doing it doesn't seem to be working.

Yes it's supported. Feel free to look through your eqerrors.txt file to fix it.

There are a LOT of features that are disabled and lots that were never in to begin with. Remember that Project 1999 is based on the Titanium client, which was released Jan 11 2006 so anything after that has to be removed first just to get going. After that things like tradeskill bags, shared banks, large banks etc have been disabled so you have to cater for that as well.

My Vert UI linked in my sig is 100% compatible with Project 1999, feel free to use the XML as a base to help you work out what is good and what isn't but if you use any code please credit the author.

I pretty much know nothing of the actual coding of them and had always just gotten UI's that people had made and used them. This one is the integrated steel UI by drakah. Looks to me like it's just missing a bunch of the UI files, I guess since it's updated for current live those aren't needed with the newer client?

Anything with a warning means that the code is wrong but the UI should still load (but you may not get the results you expect). It the error messages you need to fix first.

Go into 3rd person view and click on your self. Type in the box iirc.
