spell file STILL outdated

After todays patch i downloaded new spell file and extracted them to my eq folder, like i always do, and it is still saying my spell files are outdated when i get to the character screen. I have manually deleted the files and extracted them, rebooted, uninstalled and re-installed, still nothing is working. Can someone please help me. Downloaded new spell files on my laptop and extracted them and everything worked just fine. On my desktop it wont work.
