WTT Rogue for monk

I have a 22 rogue that I am looking to trade for a 20+ monk. Iksar would be my first choice. Would like for the monk to have gear. Rogue has a trak tooth.

It's gonna be tough to trade a rogue for a monk, especially iksar, if you are looking to get the same level considering rogue gets an exp bonus and monk AND iksar get penalties (-44% for iksar monk) and the worst possible penalty for a rogue is a barb rogue, which is actually +4.55%
