![]() I read on 'Zam that item haste scales up to the maximum percentage of the item based on the level of the wearer.
So if you have an item with 20% haste, you will only get the max of 20% at level 19+ or 30% at level 29+. Can someone confirm?

![]() Thanks, I'd already seen that.
No where on the wiki does it say anything about haste scaling with level, so I want to confirm.

![]() Haste items don't scale with level.
However, there is a cap on the total amount of haste (items+spells) which you are allowed to have, and that increases with level, up to 100% at level 60.

![]() So, if I equip an FBSS on a level 1 character, that character will get the full effect of 21% haste?

![]() Excellent.
What I was reading on 'Zam was probably just the usual EQ rumors that float around due to lack of messaging to the player base. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

![]() I don't think that is they way it works. If you have a 35% Haste item. Say a CoF and you are level 10 it only gives you 10% Haste. You have to be level 35 or above to get the full 35%. So at level 20 it will give you 20% haste. That is the way it works on live.
Now on spell haste that works even at level 1 if it sticks. | ||
