Default Lil Help Needed

Is there command like /targetlasttarget. Trying to set up a macro that targets the mobs target, casts a heal, then retargets the mob.

I have

/assist
/pause #
/cast 1
/assist

Which works fine but it does't work on myself which is a pain in the ass cause for some reason you can't assist yourself.

I googled it and then searched these forums but couldn't find anything on it.

Thanks

If you /assist yourself you'll get the target you already have when you type /assist. That's not really usefull.

Yeah lol I'm an idiot. It works fine if your healing someone the mobs attacking, switches to them (if you have mob targetted), heals them and then switches back. I'd like it to do the same with myself, so between swings I can heal myself with a single button press.

Lol yeah. I'm just gonna use /assist pause cast and then left click to retarget on mob. Be nice to have that last bit done but can't be too lazy I guess.
