Default Return of 2 accounts on 1 IP

Hello!
I used to have permission for 3 accounts to play on this IP as my son and my wife played. And a friend comes into town and brings his laptop. I stopped playing for a while after a motorcycle accident, and so did my wife and son. I started playing again, and my son went to log on and couldnt. How do I regain permission for 2 or 3 accounts on my IP? I hope this is possible to be done quickly, as my son took some coaxing to return, as hes into WOW, and Id like to move him to EQ.
Thanks
Gary

I'm guessing the same way you got a IP exemption the first time.

Playing more than one character per server is not allowed and will be strictly enforced. The server will not allow you to log in with more than 1 account per public internet connection. Those attempting to do so will be met with an error message at the loginserver that states there has been a temporary IP block. If you legitimately have more than one real person playing from your connection, you may petition to be excluded from this limitation via an IP Exemption request in the petition forums. Please see the Support section of this guide for more information.

The server staff has many tools available at their disposal to root out people who violate this rule. Those caught will most likely be subject to a permanent ban (GM/Guide discretion).

I wasn't accusing sir, I was just posting the entire section about IP exemptions and hi-lighted the part that was for you. From what I've seen we have 1 person working ip exeptions and it takes a few days to weeks to get done. So good luck!

You should edit your account names out of the OP, too.

How do we know when this is handled? Do they reply to the thread or send you an email? I cant remember when I had the multiple account permission granted it was 2-3 years ago! Thanks!
