Can't launch the game : Error in your GUI XML files. Check UIErrors.txt

i got an issue with my installation, can't run the game yet... Im having this error :
"Error in your GUI XML files. Check UIErrors.txt"

My UIErrors.txt looks like this :

I'm on Windows XP SP-2 as an administrator. I replaced my 'default' folder a couple of times with the links i found on this website but it didnt work either.
The file is still in the folder and looks correctly written, so i think it could be some sort of permission issues, meanning the file can't be read...

Any help?

The link in my sig has the correct fixed default UI files in it for titanium. Just follow the steps and you will be fine.

I been getting this now NONSTOP , and I even did a fresh install and updated the UI how the forums wanted to .
