Some mobs hitting extremely fast.
After the patch I fought a Dervish Cutthroat in West Commons. He literally was hitting me about 2 or 3 times a second, his only delay between damage was his combat animation having to loop back. I said something about it in OOC and someone said that they had experienced the same thing with another mob as well.
This was all on the PvP server btw.
