Miscellaneous: Incorrect Stats For Human Cultural Armor

The Enchanted Full Plate Collar (silver) is not Half-Elf wearable, as it should be, as every last piece of the Enchanted Full Plate should be. (This is neither here nor there, but damn it sucks to sink all this time and PP into smithing and I can't even wear one of the few marginally useful pieces with my paladin [You must be logged in to view images. No doubt this happened because EQTC has it wrong. Here's the link to the item on Allakhazam:

A quick scan spotted one other wrong entry for Enchanted Full Plate on EQTC, but since they omitted FRG on that piece I don't think it'll ever matter here.

Also, for clarity, the Enchanted Full Plate Collar (silver) is the only piece of Enchanted Full Plate (out of 48) where the EQTC entry incorrectly omits HEF from the races that can wear it. The Alla link I provided above is confirmation that this item is indeed supposed to be Half Elf wearable.

Damn, you're right, Sorry about that, I had googled for enchanted full plate collar and didn't notice that the Alla link was for the platinum collar. Looks like it's an error in the original that SOE never bothered to fix. Thanks for the reply.
