life bar issue

Just reloaded eq after two years. Was fighting dino in oot on my necro and then logged on ranger to test soulb targets. I played around with all the setting fade/all general and viewing options couldn't get it fixed, basically any target I click on always shows 100% life,(life bar does not go up or down) but when I toggle over the life it will show the correct percent of life. Probably an easy fix I’m overlooking? If anyone has some advice it would be greatly appreciated.

ok looks like I'll just try to un-install and re-install and start from scrach, didn't want to re-hot key and set up my chat screens again, but this lifebar thing is anoying as can be.
