Gatorscale Sleeves have been pretty stable at 100-150pp for months in EC. Considering the ease with which someone could obtain those, and that I've seen those arm wrappings on the merchants in East Cabilis repeatedly over the past year, I would ballpark that Dalnir drop at 10-15pp or free to a newer player.
