Quest Issue: Peacekeeper Staff

Just wanted to give a heads up on a quest located in Erudin that goes into Tox and also Qeynos. The entire line of the quest works until the very end. I recieved the peice needed from qeynos and handed it back to the guy in Tox. (Emil Parsini is the name of the NPC in tox with the issue) He didn't say or give me the quest peice in return thats needed for the combination just ate it. He responded to the letter in the beginning of the quest and told me to go to qeynos but it ended when i came back to him for the turn in. Thank you for your time

The interactions with Emil were missing, the combine for the staff was missing, bleh.
