Miscellaneous: Losing Items When Zoning

I have a strange problem that I wrote-off as being a one time thing the first time it happened a few days ago, but I've had another similar problem just now so I'm reporting it before I ,or someone else, loses an item of real worth.

Two days ago, I bought a pair of fine silk slippers (shoes?) from a vendor (Katha Firespinner) in East Commonlands. I equipped them, killed a few wisps in West Commonlands, then noticed while I was resting that I had no shoes on. They went poof! I just bought a pair of cured silk in WFP so no big deal.

Today...just now actually..., I bought some Deathfist Shoulderpads from what may have been the same vendor (if not, one of the other vendors in that same cluster of huts). After I bought them, I swapped their position in my bags with a stack of Shurikens (18) to reduce weight. I then logged. I logged back in 10 minutes later, zoned into West Commonlands, then just happened to check my bags to see that the Shoulderpads were gone and had been replaced by another (18) stack of Shurikens. So now the Shoulderpads are gone and I have a second stack of Shurikens.

So basically, my shoes disappeared off my feet on Tuesday and one of the sets of Shoulderpads in my bags morphed into a stack of Shurikens today. I don't know if you can check some logs to see what happened. I had a tough day at work today, but I'm pretty sure I'm not so tired as to have imagined this.

Same thing just happened to me. I can't buy a weapon. Everytime I do and I either zone or camp, it poofs!

Edit: I jsut tried having my husband buy a weapon and the same thing happened to him. Also, I can loot a weapon off a mob and it doesn't poof.

I just bought a bronze collar from a merchant and it vanished after zoning.... and the cloth choker that I was wearing (which I sold when I purchased the collar) was back on my neck again! I thought maybe I made the whole purchase up in my head but I definitely lost the money.

This happened to me twice now also, and both times I have submitted a /petition with full information. There has been no contact or resolution, but I am sure it is being looked at with so many others reporting this problem.

I spent my first characters savings on a new staff only to have it vanish when I zoned to go test it out. I instead had the old Splintering Club equipped which I know I unequipped to place in my bags.

Also, just today I had ran to the bank for 3 GLS's since I had seen someone buying them in EC for whatever reason. When I grabbed them from bank, I zoned back to EC and could only find two of them to sell. I went to recheck bank and the third was not there either. It had vanished while zoning.

I am scared to buy anything of value now, lol...
