Thex Mallet quest
is this still on P99? Been hearing conflicting stories from people about whether or not it is still here, for the rewards Ring of the Dead and Reaper of the Dead. So you need good faction with The Dead (DE necro/sk), how high of faction?

The quest still works. I believe amiable is needed. It's easiest to just hand the mallet off to a mule for the hand-in rather than grind faction for hours.
I don't believe the ring is given as a reward anymore but have no hard evidence. I've only ever gotten the reaper as a reward, over a half-dozen or so turn-ins, though that doesn't tell much. | ||
