Creating a guild

What do I need to do to create a guild? I already put a petition in the forums but no reply from about a month ago. Any help would be much appreciated

Ambrotos created a guild for me when it was just me. He claimed that the problem is it really slows down the server if there are more than 400 people, so the GMs can only do it at night. I left Loraen logged on overnight, and returned in the morning as the guild leader of the a-team and a bunch of congratulatory tells from my friends.
