do your skills decrease if you delevel?
Something I have never known in all my years in EQ. If you are at one level and have maxed your skills to that level (offense, defensive, 1h slash, etc) and then you delevel, do you maintain your skill at the higher level or is it mathematically capped in the combat calculations?
Like, would a formerly lvl 60 rogue tear up Naggy at lvl 52? | ||
