Did not receive my epic after turn in

My guild and I killed Ragefire tonight. That was my final step of the epic. I went to TD and did turn in to receive Orb of Vapor. Did turn in and received Orb of the Triumvirate. Waited until Avatar of Water was near Jhassad Oceanson and did turn. Received exp. Did not receive the Water Sprinkler of Nem'Ankh. Please help.
