Do I have to turn in the silver bars one at a time? Or will he accept stacks and give me the appropriate faction?

I'm guessing it's probably one at a time, but figured I'd ask before clicking so many times ;p

4 at a time, unstacked. control-click the stacks to pull 1 off the stack.
