[Rogean]

Welcome our newest developer, Mixxit. He will be assisting with scripting (quests) and content/database.

Code

• Rogean: Implimented the Tell Queue. Tells sent to players zoning will be queued for delivery when they are finished zoning. This system could also handle other channels such as ooc, guildchat, etc, but only tells are enabled for now.
• Rogean: Disabled several background systems that we don't have a need for, such as the loading of aa's, tribute, task management, etc. This shouldn't cause any problems but let me know if anything is noticed.
• Rogean: Server Backend changes for better sharing and management of server files.
• Rogean: EXP Bonus disabled for real this time.
• Haynar: Fixed Bard Instrument modifier not always sticking.
• Haynar: Fixed Bard Songs not always sending buff to clients in group, when they should.
• Haynar: Fixed Bard Songs stopping when sitting, causing spell bar to lock.
• Haynar: Bard AE Dots will now apply instrument modifiers.
• Haynar: Fixed applying of stored instrument modifier, so it will apply correctly while twisting songs that use different skills.
• Haynar: Fixed Stacking of detrimental bard songs, which use same effect, but are played with different instruments.

Content

• Mixxit: Removed 'Master/Great One' text from pets that did not have a player owner.
• Mixxit: Fixed a bug where Dread, Fright, Terror and a Dracholiche were not Death Touching a target on initial aggro. Also enabled the triggering of the Cazic Thule 30 second Deathtouch to anyone *currently* in the zone (if CT is up) by making use of a hidden controller NPC who could store an Aggro list.
• Mixxit: The spectre nearest to the Plane of Fear gate in Feerrott will no longer attempt to path through walls now that his grid has been corrected.
• Mixxit: Kubder Restona in Qeynos Catacombs will now correctly sell the Jr and Snr Bloodsabers Guild Robes after being found missing from the merchantlists.
• Mixxit: Backend changes to Cazicthule's call for help mechanic.
• Mixxit: Princess Joleena's spawn group will now spawn a perl holder which will determine the best time to spawn the faerie guard or joleena.
• Mixxit: Enchanter Spell: Instill and Spell: Tepid Deeds fixed with the classic research system.
• Mixxit: Dread, Fright, Terror and a Dracholiche will now path to Cazic.
• Nilbog: Sanfyrd Featherhead in akanon will now respond to triggers similar to his [hints]
• Nilbog: Phin Esrinap and Togahn Sorast clothing fixes.
• Nilbog: Corrected High Priestess Mitty faction hits.
• Nilbog: Barbed bone skeletons will now dmg shield themselves.
• Nilbog: all Mortuary Fungus will now proc a slowing effect.
• Nilbog: Additional work on Nektulos newbie log area.
• Nilbog: Lion Meat Shipment quest will now provide faction hits.
• Nilbog: Guards Deisnak, Eridals, Fefslan, Gnoosals, Teridsan and Walorinags will no longer spawn.
• Nilbog: Karanas bandits, raiders, and brigands have had a full assortment of bronze weapons added to their possible weapon loot.
• Nilbog: You may now combine Ol'Tujim's Fierce Brew.
• Nilbog: Removed Ol'Tujim's Fierce Brew from any vendors that might sell it.
• Nilbog: You may now combine Ale.
• Nilbog: Most guards in Qeynos will now be on GuardsofQeynos faction
• Nilbog: Deputies in Misty Thicket will now be primary faction GuardiansoftheVale
• Nilbog: Guards Quedal, Augos, Perin and Tyrak created and put into circulation.
• Nilbog: Added unique hail text for Guard Tyrak.
• Nilbog: Guards Jerith, Quedal, Tyrak, Augos, Perin, Tyrak will be primary faction CorruptQeynosGuards
• Nilbog: Lieutenant Dagarok is now a shadowknight.
• Nilbog: South Kaladim, North Kaladim, Howling Stones, and Thurgadin will no longer count as outdoor zones.
• Nilbog: Lowered the droprate of pristine giant scarab carapace
• Nilbog: Fixed Bait Masterson, Giz Dinree, Lydl the Great, Sinnkin Highbrow, Illithi Nollith, Volunteer Renlor faces
• Nilbog: Giz Dinree will attack you for providing her quest trigger with a non-rogue class. Also added a faction check and quest dialogue.
• Nilbog: Given the proper trigger, Lyda Nasin will go to the pier and watch the boats dock.
• Nilbog: Implemented the executioner quest from Captain Tillin. McNeal Jocub will die by 2 handed axe. Tillin will now also reward you with a Medal of Merit.
• Nilbog: Created Scraps the dog. He will guard the Rogue Redemption chest and the basement of Hallard's Resales.
• Nilbog: widow hatchlings downgraded to feeble poison
• Nilbog: Created unique aggro message for Hogus Durmas.
• Nilbog: Guard Rianna in lake rathe max hit increased to 90.
• Nilbog: you may now rarely see Dread Corpses in Misty Thicket.
• Nilbog: Added unique trigger response for Phloatin Highbrow.
• Nilbog: Danilla Delucic, Nolusia Finharn, Illithi Nollith, Elentar_Bealtarik, Estra Nancer, Gwynora_Armista, Horacia_Garnellia, Jeliala_Glimmercharm, Jinalis_Andir, Palatos Kynarn, Pinilla, Raine Beteria, Vellenon Harrance, xylania Rainsparkle will now have primary faction CraftKeepers
• Nilbog: Sinnkin Highbrow and Phloatin Highbrow will now have primary faction EruditeCitizen
• Nilbog: Created loottable for Phloatin Highbrow.
• Nilbog: Added Red Hellebore to vendors Kanthu M`Rekko and Jerris W`Selo
• Nilbog: wharf rats will now be flagged as animals
• Nilbog: Tishan's Kilt can now be worn by druids.

• Nilbog: Qeynos Catacombs a_zombie will now be Drosco Finlayer.
• Nilbog: "a stone" will no longer fight you in South Karana.
• doacleric: Spell Scroll prices for ALL classes have been updated to their classic costs.
• doacleric: Brother Zephyl will despawn after he's had his daily walk (thanks mix!)
• Wenai: Fixed the quest dialogue for Tbrinn Ember.

after patch i see lvl req as 255 on spirit of wolf scroll for rng,druid and sham.. and yes i did update the spell files.

you can send unlimited tells in a row now.. you get "tell-suspended" for up to 20-30secs.. sucks for us who writes fast using 10-finger system..
