Game Mechanics: Minimum Weapon Delay

Gonna bump this again I guess, Kanras lowered Minimuim Delay to 5 (.5 seconds or 500 milliseconds) sometime a couple of years ago.

Minimum delay should only be determined by how long it takes the EQEmu server to tick.

I do not know this value but this is what it should be.
