Processor hasn't been a gaming bottleneck in years. I still run an i5 overclocked from 4 years ago on modern games.
Basically all you care about is SSD, enough RAM (8 min, 16 preferred..shits pretty cheap) and a good video card ($250+) to play anything. | ||

All lists you have posted have been fine for todays gaming and if the cost fits your budget then pull the trigger and do it sir. I would say though ditch the windows 8 garbage =P
