AMD FX-8320 8 Core Processor
Gigabyte 970A-D3P CFX Motherboard
Radeon R9 280 Video Card
8GB DDR3 1866MHz Memory
120GB HyperX Fury SATA3 SSD
1TB WD 7200RPM 64MB cache HDD
Enermax 630W 80+ Gold Modular PSU
Windows 8.1 64-bit
Enermax Coenus Case, red LED lighting

Doesn't seem that far off in my eyes, which don't know fuck all - apparently Nvidia 770 is comparable to R9280... The processor seems similar. I wonder how much 8GB Ram will fuck me though.

Don't know shit about cooling systems either hmmm

8gb will be overkill for eq but i mean 16gb is sorta the upcoming requirement for many games in the next 2-3 years. and its cheap.

Processor hasn't been a gaming bottleneck in years. I still run an i5 overclocked from 4 years ago on modern games.

Basically all you care about is SSD, enough RAM (8 min, 16 preferred..shits pretty cheap) and a good video card ($250+) to play anything.

All lists you have posted have been fine for todays gaming and if the cost fits your budget then pull the trigger and do it sir. I would say though ditch the windows 8 garbage =P

? Better?

Why is AMD so bad I keep reading it's better quality for cheaper etc except for real high end shit.
Im basically using the same rig and slay everything I play currently.

ESO and PSide2 get a little crazy and drop fps when im in battles of 100s of people but that's about it.

Idiots like tomato are uneducated retards that spout off what they hear from others so please ignore if you haven't already.

Besides no G-Sync , I would not hesitate to buy an AMD system or GPU for gaming or anything else. Yes intel has better performance, but in terms of bang for buck AMD is the undisputed champ.
