You can always ask the store for security tapes, see if you can track his/her license, and go to small claims.

Or just pay a deductable and get it fixed.

Or, even better yet, not worry about the appearance of your car so much.

My buddy traded in his truck for a nice brand new one, and now wont use it for anything but going to work because he doesn't want to scratch it. WTF is the point in a truck if you aren't going to offroad, camp, etc.?

I always park my car next to the nicest cars I can find in the lot. That way, I know the fuckers won't put dents in my vehicle. And, the people who like to key others cars will go for those instead of mine!

Pretty sure that wasnt a shopping cart that hit your car if it did that much damage...

Some fuckhead hit your car and drove away....

Course its also fun when you find a note on your car that says

"Im just writing this so the people that saw me hit you think im leaving my insurance info. Sorry."
