Yeah, some of the abreviations are horrid like Howling Stones is charasis, Gorge of King Xorbb is beholder, etc.

Another name for the Gorge is "Beholder's Maze". Also, Western Karana is Qey2HH1 Qeynos to Highpass Hold 1

Learned a trick today while mass aoe killing shadowed men in lavastorm. Pull them all off the hill and then run back up straight into the pillar. If/when they land smite or whatever it is the knock back effect doesn't push you anywhere and makes it much easier to channel through. especially the first batch can be tough, lots of pets landing bash etc.

I knew about doing things like this, but this was the first practical application I found.

I have discovered how to make fruit and berry juice as well as Karana brown tea. Also, discovered that these sorts of items are actually a thing. Most recent thing I learned is that /clear will clear your chat window.

Little known fact:

When scribing spells, when you "pick up" a spell gem from your spell book, and have it on your cursor, instead an dragging and dropping it into one of your eight spell bar slots, you can hit Alt #, and if will scribe into the # slot (assuming it is open).

When boxing 3-4 characters, this was a godsend for rememing spells post wipe. Not that helpful here but it definitely does save time.

This why Alt Casting is superior to hotkeys and clicking, if you get used to doing it quickly when scribing, you'll do it quickly in combat too.

Recently learned some crazy stuff from the wiki about Opal Darkbriar in West Freeport.

I always remembered seeing her and hailing her there, but had no idea why I sometimes got faction hits +/- with her while doing other stuff in the game. Still don't know the whole story what's going on with her, but intrigued nonetheless.
