doing the enchanter epic and the wiki is a little vague. is cazel in oasis on a fixed timer or spawned from killing phs?

if he's on a timer, how long is his respawn?

if he's spawned from killing phs, what should i be killing?

got it,

for anyone doing it in the future - he is spawnable by killing all the sand giants and the trash mobs near shore between dock and nro zoneline. if i had to guess, crypt mummies might be the ph.
