Spells: Breath of Ro / Ice stacking issues

Breath of Ro "does not hold" when fire debuff is in affect from Ice.

This appears to be still be happening... the fire debuff portion of the level 49 druid spell : Ice, seems to be blocking the level 52 druid fire dot (Breath of Ro)

I suspect it's because you can't have 2 fire debuffs at the same time. Time to use Starfire.

Correct, there shouldn't be two fire debuffs up at the same time. However, Breath of Ro debuff should overwrite the Ice debuff. As it works now, the Ice debuff is useless in trying to help get Breath of Ro to stick.

49 Ice Cold based DD (612 damage), decrease Fire Resist (50) 250 Bought

52 Breath of Ro Fire based DoT (92 damage every 6 sec for a total of 920 damage), decrease AC (19-21), Fire Resist (27-31) 250 Bought

If http://www.crys.org/everquest/spells...=49&maxrank=60 can be taken literally then they should stack. Ice reduces FR in slot 2 while Ro does it in slot 3. Still, Ro wont overwrite the effect of Ice in the same slot given it's about half as strong.

Edit: Nope guess not.
