Question Plains Pebble

Just curious. Was foraging in WK and picked up a Plains Pebble. Was reading on Alla. that back in the day it may have actually reduced food/water consumption. Just curious on the truth behind this statement and If whether or not this has been implemented within the P1999's server.

Actually it did indeed lower food consumption. A guildmate of mine did some extensive testing. It was stealth nerfed at some point though - I want to say Velious or Luclin, but not sure.
