If you want to get out of bronze, I'd suggest picking 1 race and 1 build and just practice it over and over. The easiest ones that come to mind are the protoss 4 gate and the zerg 6 pool. And of those, go with the 4 gate, because even at the higher levels it's probably the best build in a PvP matchup.

if you want to learn to enjoy this game, learn to play a straight up macro game without any bullshit and fuck what league you're in. throw in cheese when you're feeling funny or just need something different, but make it the exception instead of the rule.
