gm events
I know the gm's are too busy to setup events etc, and this isnt asking for any.
Back when I played live I always thought it would be cool if there were a gm event reward that would allow 1 player from each server to create any race/class combo. Sounds a little funky but I thought it would've been awesome to see a halfling chick SK, or a dwarf shaman. make the event some sort of roleplay challenge tied to the character created. Would be cool to see 1 person on the server thats just extremely unique. Wondering what other people might have come up with over the years.

The character would b on a lvl 1, and most likely a burn account and sold over and over again.

yeah kinda dum to do guise/illusion events considering account trades are allowed and if a level 6 halfling druid gets an ogre/iksar/troll illusion or something it instantly becomes worth like 600k pp
might as well just do plat giveaways lol | ||

EQ2's downfall for me was logging in and being greeted with the character creation screen.

I remember a GM event on Tarew Marr early in the game where a GM jumped on Mayong Mistmoore and started running around the zone tearing everyone a new one. The only way he was defeated was when a ton of players rallied and all cast spells at the same time, crashing the zone and defeating him. Ahh, good times...

Just a few hours ago GM Alovia responded in the positive to my completely unsolicited request to turn my character into a lizard wizard.
