At night i either do back/bi (pull), chest/tri/shoulders (push) or another set of cardio. Im going to start legs now that contest is over and i dont have to worry about being sore for 3 days and missing a cardio session or 2. I have been working out about 6 days a week and sometimes 7. basically i was obese growing up around 320lbs at the age of 23, over 2 years i had lost 120lbs and was sitting at around 200lbs when i turned 25. Well between nursing school and having a girlfriend and not chasing tail i gained 55lbs back in january 2013 i was 255, im now down to 227 and plan to hit 200lbs in 3 more months, i will then work on strength building and training to do a century on my road bike. I just turned 30 and feel like this is my last chance to get a good grasp on my health and fitness and take control back. | |||
