Warrens and PoHate/Fear revamps are content related though, may not just be a flip of a switch like XP penalties and spells.

I guess we'll see.

The dev team has already put hundreds of hours into this patch and it is all tied to one big switch. It's 90% complete and we are just waiting for a couple bug fixes and the last few content related things. Should release on time.
