Missing/additional faction hits for Nektulos halflings
Currently ALL of the halflings in Nektulos give the follow faction hits:
+Dreadguard Outer -Merchants of Rivervale -Stormreapers -Mayor Gubbin -Guardians of the Vale While these are the correct factions for most of the halflings - all of the halflings around the altar where Master Whoopal/Quester Dunden spawns, as well as all Leatherfoot Raiders - the druids that spawn at the druid rings @ +505, 1147, -28 should not have these same hits. Neophyte Edel Neophyte Hazel Initiate Rambel Initiate Hart These should not have -Guardians of the Vale and instead of +Dreadguard Outer should give +Unkempt Druids. They should be +Unkempt Druids -Merchants of Rivervale -Mayor Gubbin -StormReapers http://web.archive.org/web/200111252....shtml?id=2169 http://web.archive.org/web/200203241....shtml?id=2170 http://web.archive.org/web/200111252....shtml?id=2171 Our P99 Wiki even lists this one correctly http://wiki.project1999.com/Initiate_Rambel. In addition, any other halfling initiate/neophyte placeholders that spawn at the rings should have the same faction hits. If there is an easy way for you to cycle/see all of the mobs that share the same static? If not I will murder them up later and make note of who all spawns here. I know Neophyte Halle and Initiate Abber also spawn at the rings.

Go south from there across the river. There's 2 halfling camps in the SW corner of the zone. Those are the one's that raise your faction..and it'll say "Dread Guards Outer" for the DE faction. As far as how many of these **** you have to kill? God I wish I knew..very boring stuff. Kaiman 54th Disciple

The P99 Wiki is a carbon copy of Allakhazam. Do not trust it.
Looks like Leatherfoot faction got adjusted on here in 2010: http://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5996

I have had this fixed for some time, but I don't think the spawn locations are correct. I updated the faction hits for the correct npcs but they seem to be mixed up between the two ruins. If you'd like to help provide a list of which npcs should spawn at each ruin, that would be of great help.

Thanks for fixing the factions and I suspect you are right with regards to the spawns. I believe there are probably too many at the middle camp, too few at the southmost camp (only two there now) and maybe 1 or 2 missing from the north camp (rings). I will look into this and try to find more details. It is difficult because apparently Nektulos forest was revamped not once but twice! I only ever knew the Nektulos we have here as I bailed on live some time before these changes.
Does anyone know when the Nektulos first revamp (Nektulos 2.0) occured? It also seems that before THAT change there was a post Luclin change that was still our Nektulos but added some dark elves and erollosi humans. I just want to make sure any loc coordinates I dig up are from Nektulos 1 or 1.5

Look what I found! A map so old it was drawn in MSPaint with a mouse!
https://web.archive.org/web/20000621.../Nektulos2.htm This one, too (has dots for halfling positions): https://web.archive.org/web/20000621.../Nektulos1.htm They might help if it's easy to tell the difference between the newbie halflings and higher level halflings. This link contains people bemoaning the fact that the higher level deputy shows up at the newbie halfling camp: https://web.archive.org/web/20010722....shtml?id=2183 This one contains directions on how to find a specific halfling, and info on surrounding mobs: https://web.archive.org/web/20010628....shtml?id=2171 Quote:

Thanks Sorn! The second map looks off (Neriak and the Spire locations for example) but I think the number of mobs looks about right though it does leave out the 'sort of' 4th halfling spawn which is the tree stump east-northeast slightly of the newbie halflings (druid ring) camp which we already have spawning here. Definitely seems though that all of the lowest level ones (~lvl 5) spawn on the north side by rings and the ones in the middle camp are the highest and basically the deputy wanders (which he already does quite well)
The lowbie ones that spawn at the north ring (and give also give Unkempt faction) are Initiate Rambel Initiate Hart Initiate Abber Neophyte Edel Neophyte Hazel Neophyte Halle Also, Telin incase you need here are the hits for the Leatherfoot Deputy who is one of the ones that DOES give Dreadguard Outer.
