[Method]

Esorpa of the Ring is currently spawning in ToV Valley on a 6 min respawn timer loc Pos 480 Neg 250 and should be spawning over by the wyvern caves. Source

this dragon is not hard for people of the apropriate level.
we did her with 2 groups of level 50 55 people and we owned her.
just make sure to pull her (yes pull, do not charge) at her gate point (aka the wyvern caves) and you should be ok, if you are aware of adds, just clear the wyverns around

she had custom gate behavior... if she was away from nest she'd start it at 45%.. something like that... much higher than standard gate dragons

Found some more info on Esorpa gating to the wyvern caves and a log from 2001 that took some digging to find mentioning her 900dd should be a proc and not a spell she needs to cast.

If they are scared to die, then they shouldn't go. You will die in WW. Especially if you have a run in with a roaming Sapara. Avoid dragons that gate, unless you know where they gate to. Esorpa gates to the wyvern cave, and Glati gates to just east of Vraptin spawn. I don't know where Von or Cargalia gate to, but they do gate.

Here's a snippet from a log... someone trained me with Honvar and Esorpa as I was trying to get to ToV. Based on the timestamps, it's pretty clear that the 900 DD is a proc from Esorpa. Looks like it has a short stun too, but that might be a coincedence.

Some npcs in westwastes do drop Kunark spells, but I'd like to know more before I add them to Esorpa.
