Citizen of Froststone Faction Broken?
Wiki states Ry'gorr's in EW/Crystal Caverns will give positive faction, however, this is not the case.
How do you gain faction with the Citizens here so you can use the merchants?? | ||

Yeah, the Rygorr don't give faction. Apparently it wasn't implemented until later. At the moment, there is only one quest that gives faction. Think it involves handing in a book. Might be this one:
http://wiki.project1999.com/The_Spirit_of_Garzicor Also, it is possible that some of the later Coldain Ring quests might also give faction, but I'm not sure, haven't done it yet.

Yeah, hate to be the bearer of bad news there. I hope it is one of those "not quite within the timeline" changes that they might consider implementing here in the future, like the itemization updates (Blade of Carnage, 8th Shawl), bug fixes, and quest fixes. Things that made sense, but weren't included until early Luclin due to possible time constraints or other unforeseen issues.
