Game Mechanics: bind wound skill not going up

On my level 45 dark elf warrior I assumed I had maxed bind wound since it didn't ever go past 100 then about a week ago it started going up again 40 to 60 points. I dont know how much though since it stopped going up and my skills show a red 100.

they patched in some increases in skills. BW for warriors was one of them. def skills for knights and bards as well. however, they are bugged and although the skill increases the server caps them at the old value which is why it's in red. 100 was the cap prior to the last patch.

If it's like the defense bug, you'll still only be healing for the 100 skill value even though your skill is actually higher

So this is definitely still happening...22 Warrior, skill is going up but in skills menu it's a red 100...not sure if it's healing for more than what 100 skill would do.

My skill is still the red 100 on my skills window, but it went up 2 more points just now - 103 and 104. Still shows red 100. Lvl 38 rogue btw.

I'm wondering about this, too. I'm level 53 right now and I know the skill caps at 200 before level 50, then opens up to 210 after that. Right now my skill is sitting at 188 and hasn't moved over the course of 38 stacks of bandages. As a rogue my int and wis are white, and I know skill ups are finnicky in the higher numbers, but this is unreal.
