Rogue with epic & haste
I have had 2 rogues tell me epic rogues should still get worn haste because it affects BS cooldown. I do not recall this at all from live, and don't have worn haste item atm to test it. Has anyone heard of this or tested it?

As in get worn haste on top of your ragebringer? If they mean something else besides 41% (faster than epic), they are dumb and you should not listen to them. By all means get a 41 sky belt or grey suede boots, etc. Haste stuff beyond that is just stat gear for us.

Ya, they claimed that fbss or any other low end haste along with epic reduced their BS cooldown, which i had never heard and seemed implausible.

Haste is not working correctly here. As of last patch they converted items from "Effect: haste" to "haste: +xx%", which affects backstab cool down. This means any haste item that is not sharing the same haste type < Haste: +xx% > will NOT affect backstab cool down. Auto-attack damage is unaffected by this.
I think this also effects kick/bash, but I haven't tested it much. Up until last patch, most items were NOT <haste: +xx%>. Only a handful, not all, of Velious item had that haste type. Which means for year(s) it was broken. | ||

Yeah they broke skill timers when they removed visible percentage. And yeah, Rage doesn't show a %... Oh that's dumb.

Getting a 36-41% item should be a rogues #1 priority after ragebringer. =\

Epic and haste
Wow, is this a permanent break or are they going to fix this?

I would guess epic item haste will be fixed eventually, but who knows when. I'm sure the next patch won't be for another 2+ months

I am confused - you are saying Seething Fury from Ragebringer no longer gives proper 40% haste to your backstabs and only items that list the effect as "Haste: 40%" are?
