Video Card Problem?

Hey all,

So I decided to dust off my desktop and start playing on P1999. I love playing on a desktop rather than my laptop for obvious reasons, so I love that, but I've been having graphics-type issues on it:

After about 20-30 mins of gameplay (sometimes more, sometimes less), my character as well as most others, starts to glide instead of walk/run and when I /sit he continues standing.

Is this a graphics card issue?

Are there settings I can change on my computer?

Are there settings I can change in game?

Please let me know if anyone could possible help, and I can provide more specific information about the computer/settings.
