Spells: Clarity II level is now incorrect

(Copying from my patch notes post to make sure it's in the right place.)

I think the changes made to the enchanter spell levels was a mistake.
Those changes did not go in to effect till 3 years after Kunark was launched:

Why is boon of the clear mind listed as lv 54 enchanter spell?

Because of the recent patch. I think it was a mistake.

Boon of the Clear Mind is 52, Clarity II is 54, pending update.

This was reported back in beta, fixed and later ninja unfixed. Hopefully it stays classic this time.

It was correct for kunark release spdat. It got changed at some point between then and before velious release.
